I am a cottage home baker who has been baking for the public for over 40 years.  My cakes and cookies are homemade as are my frostings.  I use a rolled buttercream on cookies with royal icing accents.  My cakes are iced in buttercream and may have fondant accents. I take custom orders and make gourmet drop cookies seasonally and make Cookie boxes for businesses to gift to their customers.
